This is the personal portfolio of Leonardo Lopes Almeida. This page explains, in plain terms, what data is collected as you browse it and how it is used.

What data is collected

I use PostHog to understand, anonymously, how people use the portfolio. The following events are recorded:

pages and sections viewed, and how long each section holds attention;
relevant clicks (e.g. projects opened and CV downloads);
technical access data: browser/device type, referring page, and approximate location derived from the IP address.

I do not collect your name, email, or any directly identifying data — unless you choose to email me. There are no identified profiles, no session recording, no ads, and no selling of data.

How it is used

Solely to measure site usage and improve it (to learn which projects draw the most interest, where people spend more time, etc.).

Legal basis

Processing relies on legitimate interest (Art. 7, IX of Brazil's LGPD - Law 13.709/2018), limited to usage analytics and with no automated decisions that affect you.

Cookies and storage

PostHog may store an anonymous identifier in your browser (localStorage) so the same visit isn't counted multiple times. You can clear this data at any time in your browser settings.

Sharing

Data is processed by PostHog (the processor), on its servers, only to provide the analytics described above. I do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or object to the processing of your data under the LGPD. For that, or for any questions, contact me at lopesleo.dev@gmail.com.
